The potential trainees arrive the evening before the shoot and are numbered. Taking away their identity is the first step in breaking them down and rebuilding them the way we want them to be. They are encaged and left overnight with eager anticipation of what the following day holds for them.
Morning comes and they are awaken and brought to me for selection. There are a few that stand out right from the commence, and they are made an instance of for the rest to watch.
